Tombstone-Pickerel Sno-Club Annual Chili Ride-In — Jan. 10 from 11am-5pm, Tombstone-Pickerel Clubhouse, N9398 Hwy. DD, Pickerel. Complimentary chili, hot dogs & chili dogs. Beer, soda & water available for purchase. Paddle raffles, basket raffles, silent auction, groomer rides, new sleds on display & poker run payouts.

 3^rd Annual Laona Lions Annual Predator Hunt & Fundraiser — Jan. 10 starting at 1pm – ? Weigh-in will be at T-Bob’s in Laona. Prizes for the largest coyote, smallest coyote & most coyotes will be drawn, as well as largest bobcat & largest fox. Prizes are determined by weight. 100% of entry fee returned to the winners. Trapped or restrained predators don’t qualify. Weigh-in from 4-7pm. Predators must be harvested the day of the event. $10 entry fee for all hunters & callers. It is mandatory to register. Registration at T-Bob’s, Mudslingers in Cavour, & Danz Bar in Laona. Anybody can come to enter the raffles & silent auction in the evening, with chances to win guns & other sporting items.
