Raymond Krueger, 82
Raymond Krueger, of Post Lake and Antigo, died Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Langlade Hospital. He was 82 years old. He was born on June 12, 1932 in Milwaukee, a son of the late Roman and Margaret (Milan) Krueger. He married Ruth P. Bessa on June 16, 1952. She survives.
Mr. Krueger served in the United States Marine Corps from April 9, 1952 to March 19, 1954 having served in the Korean War stationed in Japan.
He was a sheet metal worker in Milwaukee and retired from the American Legion in Milwaukee. He was a shop steward and vice president of Local 1173 Sheet Metal Workers Union.
He was also a member of the Marine Corp League Badger Detachment and the Devil Dogs. He was involved with the Retinitis Pigmentosa Foundation and served on the Elcho town board.
In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, James Krueger of Monico; and a brother, Robert Krueger of Las Vegas, NV.
No services will be held. Entombment will take place in Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery in Brookfield.
