Let The Flag Wave

Just as in years gone by, I am once more looking forward to bringing 12×18” American flags to the July 4th parade. As I have done in years before depending on the number I can purchase with the donations I have received. These flags will be given mainly to the children as I tell them: “Hold Her High And Never Let Her Down.” Looking back over the years, last year was the second smallest number I was able to bring, at 860 flags. This however was not enough to make it through the entire route, starting from one end. No matter if I am able to purchase my goal of 1,440 12×18” flags, I will be starting from both ends again, as I have in the past. I am very hopeful of making my goal, however should I fall short, as I did last year, I will happily bring whatever number I can bring.

To all who have helped me in the past, I truly thank you for helping me and thus contributing to the memories of parades for the past 8 years. There is no way I could have received such great memories without the help of the community and local businesses. If you are interested in helping again this year or for the 1st year, your donations are appreciated indeed. Believe me when I say that, as I have heard it in the voices of parents and children as well. I am told by many that they look forward to getting their flag each year.

Once again, thank you for your help over the years, or if you are helping me for the 1st time.

Sincerely, on behalf of Let The Flag Wave.

Patrick N. Kramer
