John Dallmeyer, of the town of Ackley, died Thursday, October 1, 2015 at his home. He was 67 years old. He was born on April 3, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois a son of Kenneth and Frances (Getto) Dallmeyer. He married Jill Anderson on October 28, 1967 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Antigo. She preceded him in death on March 22, 2009.

He was a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1966.

Following high school he began a long career being employed at Baginski Farms in the town of Ackley. He was looking forward to completing current potato harvest.

He enjoyed time with friends visiting the casino, traveling and playing golf. He was a sports fan following the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers

Survivors include a sister, Trudy (Larry) Igl-Hartman of Antigo; three nieces, Lisa (Paul) Valentine, Michelle (Craig) Bell, Melissa (Dave) Stutzriem; two nephews, Jeremy Igl and Brad Anderson; great nieces and nephews………… special friend Sherry Voss of Antigo and her family.

A funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Omer Kelley officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 12 – 3 p.m. at the funeral home and Monday prior one hour prior to the services.
