* Public Hearing to amend Ordinance No. 1095B, the Municipal Code of the City of Antigo, so as to Classify the following described property as I-2, General Industrial District instead of B-2, Community Service District to allow cartage and express (14-472(b)(6)) and automobile laundries (14-502(b)(5)) including a proposed office building, repair shop, wash-bay, and tractor/trailer parking for the relocation and expansion of Karl’s Transport, Inc.
“Pt Govt Lot 3-4-9-10 Sec 3 T30N R11E Being Lot 1 CSM V8 P126 Parcel #201-2801.050 (N2388 Highway 45 S)”
* Public Hearing to amend Ordinance No. 1095B, the Municipal Code of the City of Antigo, so as to Classify the following described property as I-2 General Industrial District instead of R-1, Single Family Residence District to allow private access road for use under 14-472 (b)(6) cartage and express as part of the proposed Karl’s Transport relocation/expansion project with this site being utilized for an internal access road from proposed development to County Road X.
“Pt Govt Lots 2-3-4 Sec 3 T30N R11E Being Lot 2 CSM V8 P69 Parcel #201-2801.063”
* Public Hearing for the vacation and discontinuance of the alley lying between Freiburger Avenue and Gruber Street in Block 4 of the Berner and Gruber’s Addition to the City of Antigo, Langlade County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as:
“All of the Alley in Block Four (4) of the Berner and Gruber’s Addition to the City of Antigo laying between Freiburger Avenue and Gruber Street, located in the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Thirty-one (31) North, Range Eleven (11) East. City of Antigo, Langlade County, Wisconsin”
* Public Hearing will be held to discuss the proposed 2016 City of Antigo budget at which time all interested parties will be given the opportunity to address Council.
* CITIZEN COMMENT– Individuals not listed below and wishing to address Council must sign in prior to the meeting. A time limit of 5 minutes will apply unless otherwise approved by Council. Any ruling by the presiding officer relative to Citizen Comments may be overruled by a majority vote of members present.
