7. Set date for next meeting – February 3rd, 2016 at 10:30 a.m.

8. Presentation of State Certification to Health Department following successful 140 Review – Angela Nimsgern

a. Legislative Update

10. Personnel Update – Discuss need to appoint Karen Hegranes as new Health Officer and send to full County Board for approval effective Feb. 16th County Board meeting
