She was born March 22, 1941 in Antigo, WI to George and Orma (Mueller) Harbeck. Suzanne grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, later making her home in Green Bay where she met and married her devoted husband, Stanley. Together they raised 5 children and became inseparable in her retirement, after many years serving the state of Wisconsin at Job Service, unemployment compensation, and petroleum inspection divisions. Suzanne was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. A consummate caregiver she volunteered willingly and gave of herself completely. She was also a devout Christian and had faith in all that was around her. Suzanne’s love of literature instilled the wonderment of reading and word play in all of her children. She enjoyed Packers football, winning at scrabble, crosswords, crocheting, and civic responsibility, often debating political ideology and policy.

She is survived by her loving husband, Stanley Lockwood; mother, Orma Harbeck; daughters, Laura (Dale) Bardouche, Mary (Gerald); and son Joseph (Ronda); step daughters, Michelle (Brad) Bingham, Martha (Tim) Spice. She is further survived by brothers, William Harbeck, Andrew (Janice) Harbeck, David (Lori) Harbeck, Georgia Kinsley and Elizabeth (Dr. Mike) Harrison. Suzanne was proud of and couldn’t get enough time spent with her 15 grandchildren; Zachary, Cameron, Brianna, Joseph, Cory, Trenton, Michael, Tony, Elizabeth, Max, Bobbie, Dylan, Journey, Adam and Chase. She was also great grandmother to Brennan, Rainey, Moses, Haddie Sue, Lauren and Michael.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her father George. She also missed dear friends Joan DeGroot and Donna Melnarik.

Visitation will be held from 4:00pm until time of Memorial Service at 6:00pm on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lydahl.com.
