Ann Bruski, 91

Ann Bruski, 91, Ringle, died on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at her home under the care of Ministry Hospice.
She was born on February 13, 1925 in the town of Reid, the daughter of the late Sam and Kate (Kasper) Budnik.
On November 18, 1944, Ann was united in marriage to Leon Bruski in Bevent. He preceded her in death on May 5, 1996.
The couple farmed for many years. Ann loved baking, fishing and taking care of her family. Her favorite color was red and her favorite bird was the cardinal. Ann was a faithful member of St. Florian’s Catholic Church, Hatley and was a Rosary Society member for over 50 years. She enjoyed the Green Bay Packers, especially Aaron Rodgers and NASCAR, especially Jimmy Johnson. Ann also enjoyed polka music and the occasional trip to the casino.
Survivors include her children, Lou Ann (Robert) Upton, Schofield, Ron (Bonnie) Bruski, Hudson, FL, Roger Bruski, Ringle, Randa (Kurt) Wieman, Wausau and Laurie Bruski, Ringle; eight grandchildren, Judy (Mike) Johnson, Jean (Scott) Laffin, Lee (Pam) Damitz, Jody (Lori) Damitz, Shaun Bruski, Kim (Ryan) Lloyd, Kerrie Wieman and Jill (Stuart) Hansen; 17 great-grandchildren and two siblings, Sam Budnik Jr., Schofield and Joanne Budnik, Hatley.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two daughters, Darlene and Randa Lou; one grandson, James Damitz and siblings, Emily Dallman, Irene Dallman, Joe Budnik, Stanley Budnik, Donald Budnik, Richard Budnik, Edward Budnik and Ray Budnik.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at St. Florian’s Catholic Church, Hatley. Fr. Gregory Bohren will officiate. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9AM until the time of Mass at the church.
