The Board of Education of the Unified School District of Antigo will host a public informational meeting Thursday evening, March 10, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the middle school multi-purpose room.  The format will be similar to an open house. Residents of the district will be able to select a topic or topics related to the scheduled referendum; go to that table to receive information; ask questions; and engage in dialog.  Attendees may move from table-to-table or concentrate on just one or two.  Topics will include the elementary school plan, including closures, construction and renovation; costs and tax impacts; timeline for completion of proposed projects; and general questions regarding school grade configurations and attendance boundaries, among others.

The Board encourages citizens to take full advantage of this opportunity so that a fully-informed electorate goes to the polls on April 5.
