Four-Year Old Kindergarten Open House Crandon School District March 11th & 18th 11:30am-6pm Crandon Elementary School, 9750 Hwy. 8,Crandon. This open house is for parents interested in 4 yr. old kindergarten for the 2016-17 school year. Any interested parents can fill out an enrollment form for their child that day. Parents are required to bring their child with them to enroll in the program. This will give your child the opportunity to meet the teachers. Parents should bring their child’s birth certificate & immunization record. The 4K staff will be presenting information and answering questions for parents. Youth Tractor & Machinery Safety Certification Course March 12th 9am-3pm Langlade County Resource Center, 837 Clermont St., Antigo. The course includes classroom safety instruction for tractors & farm machinery operation, hazard recognition & correction, general farm safety knowledge, & how to approach farm safety with a positive attitude. In addition, the course is designed for youth ages 14-15 that need the federal certificate of training for employment on farms, youth ages 12-16 who will be operating tractors or self-propelled farm machinery on public roads for their own family, & youth interested in tractor & machinery safety.
