Jakob Wagner, of Antigo, died Sunday, April 24, 2016. He was 18 years old. He was born on July 26, 1997 in Antigo.

He graduated from Antigo High School in 2015 where he was on the honor roll. While in high school he participated in marching band, jazz band, anime club and Spanish club.

After high school he worked at Zane’s Guitar and as the art instructor’s assistant at the high school.

His hobbies included playing bass guitar and the violin.

Survivors include his mother Lorrie Wagner, Antigo, grandparents, Robert and Carol Wagner, Antigo; an uncle, Jason Wagner, Wausau; and cousins Madalyn and Levi Wagner.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Jeremiah Worman, officiating. Burial will take place in St. Boniface Cemetery, Aniwa.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home and Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
