Meghan Bussiere

megan bussiereMeghan is a member of the junior varsity softball team, coached by Amy Weix.

“Meghan puts in a lot of time and effort into softball,” Coach Weix said. “It is evident when she is on the mound and how she controls the ball and pitch count. She also works hard at every practice, and when given feedback, she works at improving in those areas. She has high expectations of herself and teammates. Meghan works hard at making her team better and expects her teammates to work hard as well. I appreciate her positive attitude, work ethic, and lead-by-example demeanor.”

Garett Held

garett heldGarett currently plays on the JV baseball team, coached by Josh Krueger.

“Garett had an exceptional week despite only having one game [that] he made the most of. Against Wausau West, he went 4-4 with five RBIs and finished a triple away from the cycle. Garett has been a great team leader with both his performance between the white lines as well as his work ethic outside of them,” Coach Krueger noted.

Both submissions were made the athletes’ respective coaches.
