Paul L. Francl, 62
Paul L. Francl died on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at his home under the care of his family and LeRoy Hospice, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.
Paul was born in Antigo on February 9, 1954 to James J. Francl and Louise D. (Brandt) Francl. Paul was a lifelong resident of Antigo and graduated from Antigo High School. He dairy farmed with his family. In his younger years, Paul enjoyed snowmobiling, deer hunting, and fishing.
Survivors include his mother, Louise D. Francl of Antigo; his sister, Cheryl (Glenn) Wrobleski of Waterford; his two brothers, James (Barbara) Francl of Antigo and Randy (Susan Gray) of Golden, Colorado; and many nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his father, James, aunts and uncles of the Francl and Brandt family, and his infant brother, Donald.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 10:00-12:00, followed by a funeral service at noon at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. A burial will take place on a later date at Elmwood Cemetery.
