Agnes Steagall, 93
Agnes Steagall, of White Lake, died Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital. She was 93 years old. She was born on May 17, 1923 in Elton, a daughter of Granville and Carrie (Elliot-Roe) Brown. She married Wilburn Steagall on June 17, 1944 at Four Corners Assembly of God Church, White Lake. He preceded her in death on June 22, 2004.
Mrs. Steagall lived in Milwaukee for many years where she worked as a clerk for Sentry Foods for 22 years, retiring in 1982. In 1984 she moved to Sheboygan then to White Lake in 2006.
Agnes enjoyed crossword puzzles and watching Johnny Carson. She lived for her family; nurturing, sewing and cooking for them.
Survivors include a daughter, Lana Buehler, White Lake; a daughter-in-law Mary Steagall; two grandchildren Robert Buehler Jr. and Dana Buehler; three great grandchildren Christian, Robert III, and Joey Buehler.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Steagall, five sisters, Gertrude Johnson, Marie Bricco, Ruby Galarowicz, Edna Anderson and Lottie in infancy; six brothers, Arnold, Avery, Troy, Roy in infancy, Ralph, Edward.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating. Burial will take place in Bent Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
