Timothy “Timmy” Frisch, lifelong Town of Rolling resident, died Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital. He was 39 years old.

Timmy was born December 16, 1976 in Antigo, son of Lawrence and Irene (Skarlupka) Frisch. He started life with many challenges and faced these challenges with great courage. He was always quick to laugh and never complained. He brightened everyone’s life and brought joy to all who met him. He had a particular love for his “Bert -Daddy” and “Ernie-Mom”.

Nicknamed Cowboy for his love of horses, he was happiest being surrounded by family. Timmy liked the farm animals especially his golden doodle Nimus who brought him much joy the last year of his life. He enjoyed monkeys, music, his accordion and playing harmless practical jokes to make others laugh.

Survivors include his mother, Irene Frisch of Antigo; 6 brothers and sisters, Eugene Frisch of Milwaukee, Arlene (Lloyd) Brandenberg of Wausau, Joseph (Kathy) Frisch of Gleason, Lawrence Jr. of Marshfield, Ed (Kim) of Antigo, and Carla (Erik) Lee of Minnesota; 19 nieces and nephews, Tonya, Valeria, Sherry, Christopher, Heidi, Jennifer, Frank, Stefanie, Emily, Tanya, Brandy, Tami, John-Michael, Megan, Alyssa, Brian, Katie, Collin, and MacKenzie; and many grand-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Frisch, maternal grandparents, Joseph and Marie Skarlupka (Joyce), paternal grandparents, Frank and Frances Frisch.

A visitation will take place from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. A second visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with interment to follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery.
