Patrick E. Wickersheim, 69
Patrick E Wickersheim, of Bowler, died Sunday, January 8, 2017 at home. He was 69 years old. He was born on May 2, 1947 in Antigo, a son of David and Lucy (Hansen) Wickersheim. He married Nancy Aiuppy on March 28, 1981 in Antigo. She survives.
He worked in construction building homes in the area then drove semi for many years. From 1980 to 1986 he worked as a mechanic for Farm Bureau Cooperative. In 1986 he started his own lease trucking business, Dad’s Trucking, which he operated for several years.
Pat enjoyed woodworking and playing guitar.
Survivors including his wife are a daughter, Michelle McGhee of Polar; three sons, Patrick Wickersheim of Warrens, Woody (Jamie) Wickersheim of Coloma, Cody (Megan) Wickersheim of Sarona; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; six sisters, Dorothy Porter of Wausau, Dawn Unsinn of Bryant, Mary Bierman of Elton, Patsy (Arthur) McGougan of Seattle, WA, Susan (Lyle) Klemp of Elton, Suzanne (Duane) Wallace of Kenosha; a brother, Larry (Delores) Wickersheim of White Lake.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Sarah Wickersheim, a sister, Adell DeHart, three brothers, Donald, Carrol, and Loren Wickersheim.
A memorial service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Four Corners Assembly of God Church, White Lake with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating.
Visitation will be Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
The Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
