Irma H. Jaeck, Birnamwood, died on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at the Homme Home of Wittenberg under the care of LeRoyer Hospice.
She was born on August 7, 1929 in Birnamwood, the daughter of the late Otto and Hedwig (Schmidt) Jaeck. Irma worked for the former General Telephone in Wausau and then was employed at Brokaw Paper until her retirement. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Birnamwood and enjoyed bowling and traveling.
Survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Irma was preceded in death by two sisters, Gertrude and Elizabeth and a brother, Erick.
The funeral service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Birnamwood. Rev. Adam Roberts will officiate. Interment will be in Forest Cemetery, Birnamwood. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:30AM until the time of service at the church.
