Juli Bauknecht is back doing what she does best – helping care for the animals of Northern Wisconsin. Through her non-profit Caring Paws organization, Bauknecht is hosting an online auction with all proceeds going to the Langlade County Humane Society.

Beginning this tomorrow, March 17th, the online auction runs through March 31st. Items for bid can be found at the Caring Paws’ website at www.caringpawswi.com by clicking on the “LCHS Fundraiser” tab at the top of the page. Available items include pet toys and clothes, art, furniture, and a three-month package for Anytime Fitness.

Bauknecht, now 11-years old, was recently named one of two finalists for the 2017 Prudential Spirit of Community Award in the state of Wisconsin, where she will go on nationally to compete for further recognition. The young philanthropist has been personally administering her Caring Paws project since she was five and has raised nearly $15,000 for local animal shelters in that time.
