InFaith Community Foundation honors Greening for charitable planning work with clients

For the Antigo Times

MINNEAPOLIS (May, 2017) – Jean Greening, CIF, RICP, CLTC, a Financial Consultant with the Pinnacle Team of Thrivent Financial in Antigo, has received the 2016 Voices in Philanthropy (VIP) Award from InFaith Community Foundation in Minneapolis. She is part of a select group of just 39 representatives nationwide to be so honored.

Greening is being honored for her exemplary service helping clients put their values and charitable goals into action.  Selection was based on total outright and deferred charitable gifts made by Greening’s clients through InFaith in 2016.  These gifts will support a variety of local, national and global charities according to each client’s wishes.

“Through Jean’s work, she has helped her clients give in ways that match their interests and financial circumstances,” says Chris Andersen, InFaith Community Foundation president and executive director.  “The result is of enormous benefit to the charities receiving support, and ultimately, to our shared community.”

InFaith Community Foundation, established in 1995 as Lutheran Community Foundation, is a national charity with a mission to serve donors, spread joy and change lives.  Through InFaith, gifts are tailored to each donor’s charitable interests and financial circumstances.  InFaith Community Foundation is a proven steward of these gifts, earning top ratings from Charity Navigator for sound fiscal management and Guidestar for transparency and commitment to excellence.  Together with our donors, InFaith now grants $16 million annually to charities serving local, national and global communities.  To learn more, visit InFaithFound.org.

InFaith Community Foundation is independent of Thrivent Financial and its financial representatives. Individuals interested in contacting a local Thrivent Financial representative can find more information at www.thrivent.com.

Thrivent Financial is represented in the Antigo area by The Pinnacle Team, which includes Jean Greening, CFP, RICP, CLTC, FIC, Travis Rose, CLTC, FIC and Reggie Jorgensen, FIC at 815 Superior Street, Antigo, WI 54409 (715) 623-5279.
