Jeffrey J. Wunrow, age 61 of Antigo, died Friday, April 28, 2017 at his home.
Jeff was born on May 7, 1955 to the late Donald and Olive “Honey” (Strupp) Wunrow. He was raised in the Milwaukee area and moved to Antigo in 1975.
Jeff was a graduate of Greenfield High School, class of 1973.
Jeff worked for the City of Antigo as a waste water technician. He also bartended at Smitty’s and most recently Boettcher’s Bar.
He was an avid outdoorsmen, enjoying hunting, fishing, camping, shooting trap and golfing.
Survivors include a daughter, Megan Wunrow of Omro, WI, a son, Jeffrey (Danielle) Wunrow, Jr, of Long Island, NY and Elcho, WI., a grandson, Brandon Wunrow, 2 sisters, Marcia (Richard) Aschenbrenner of Florida and Patricia Weston of Florida and a brother, David (Barbara) Wunrow of West Bend, WI.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 6, from 3:00PM until 6:00PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. Elk’s Lodge of Sorrow service will take place at 5:45PM.
A gathering to remember Jeff will follow at Boettcher’s Bar in Antigo.
