Richard ‘Dick’ W. Weden, 60, Aniwa, died on Friday, June 2, 2017 under the care of his family and Aspirus Comfort Care & Hospice Services.
He was born on September 10, 1956 in Wausau. The son of the late Arthur and Florence (Wieck) Weden.
Dick farmed the family dairy farm until 1993. He then worked at SNE Enterprises, Racefab and Amron. He most recently was farming with his son. Dick enjoyed snowmobiling and spending time with his family.
Dick is survived by his two sons, Jordan (Heidi) Weden and Cody (Nikky) Weden, all of Aniwa; two grandchildren, Ryder and Parker; two sisters, Carol (Charlie) Staples of Wausau and Kathy (Mike) Mayer of Madison; his former wife, Jody Arrowood of Aniwa and other relatives and friend.
The funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Aniwa. Rev. Adam Roberts will officiate. Interment will be in Hogarty Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm at Schmidt & Schulta Funeral Home, Birnamwood and again on Wednesday from 10 am until the time of service at the church
