Warrant of the Week:

The Antigo Police Department holds a warrant for Joseph R. Navarro d.o.b. 07-19-86.  Navarro is wanted for failing to appear in court on a charge of Identity Theft. Those with information on his whereabouts are urged to call the Antigo Police Department at (715) 627-6411 or Langlade County Crimestoppers at 715-627-NAIL (6245).  Callers may remain anonymous and eligible for a cash reward.

Fair Time

The Langlade County Fair starts this Wednesday. As usual during fair time pedestrian traffic will be high in the area. Please be sure when driving to be extra cautions, slow down, and watch for pedestrians. As a reminder, there will be no parking allowed on Arctic Street, south to Washington Ave, and on Farewell, and Kaplanek. If any vehicle is parked in these locations it is subject to receive a citation or be towed.

The Antigo Police Department would also like to remind any fair-goers that open alcoholic beverages need to stay on the fairgrounds. They cannot be carried onto the streets and sidewalks in the City of Antigo.
