Patrick Allen Carley, 55

Patrick Allen Carley, died peacefully at his home in the Town of Harrison on Friday, July 28, 2017. He was 55 years old.

He was born March 14, 1962 in Antigo, son of the late Gilbert and Murial (Warner) Carley. He married Teresa Bellomy on December 30, 1981.

Pat attended Antigo High School. He served in the US Army, and was stationed at Fort Sill in Oklahoma. After his time in the service, he resided in Lawton, OK. After returning to Antigo, he was employed as an auto mechanic at Lance’s Service Garage, and more recently at Charlie’s Transmission.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, attending the Crandon Brush Run, and going to the family cabin. He especially loved spending time with his family, friends, and his dog Bow .

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a daughter, Trisha (Philip) Ferkey of Nekoosa; a sister, Janice Schultz of Washington State; 2 brothers, Jerry (Georgia) Carley of Shawano, and Ronald (Brian Ponshock) Carley of Antigo; and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Allen Carley; a brother, Jack Carley; and a nephew, Bret Carley

A memorial service will take place at 12:00 noon on Sunday, August 6 at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home, with Judy Craig officiating. Visitation will be 10:00-12:00 Sunday at the funeral home.

A memorial will be established in Pat’s name.
