Geraldine A. Chrudimsky, 89

Geraldine A. Chrudimsky, of Aniwa, died Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 89 years old. She was born on January 12, 1928 in Antigo, a daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Sobkowiak) Guth. She married George Chrudimsky on February 10, 1948 at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on September 21, 2002.

Geraldine was a member of SS Mary & Hyacinth Catholic Church, Rosary Society and the Harrison Homemakers Club.

She enjoyed quilting, gardening and cooking. She loved watching the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers. She also enjoyed bird watching and spending time with her grandchildren. Geraldine will be remembered for her kolaches.

Survivors include four daughters, Mary (John) Schmoll of Antigo, Jane (Jerome) Keen of Aniwa, Betty (Tim) Gervais of Antigo, Rose Chrudimsky of Antigo; six sons, George (Kathy) Chrudimsky of Aniwa, David (Joanne) Chrudimsky of Antigo, Michael (Jeanne) Chrudimsky of Merrill, Robert (Kathy) Chrudimsky of Aniwa, Eugene (Karen) Chrudimsky of Antigo, Randy Chrudimsky of Aniwa; daughter-in-law, Jeanette Chrudimsky of Antigo; 27 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a son, John Chrudimsky; a sister, Bernadine Guth; two brothers William and Gerald Guth and a step sister, Marcie Hoppl.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. at SS Mary & Hyacinth Catholic Church with Rev. David Schmidt officiating. Burial will take place in Aniwa Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Monday 9 to 10 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home. A parish wake service will be held at 4:30 p.m. and a Rosary Society wake service at 6:30 p.m. both on Sunday at the funeral home.
