Special Olympic bowlers qualify for state competition

On October 21, Antigo Special Olympics sent 16 athletes to the Regional Bowling Competition. Eight of the athletes qualified for the state competition on November 11th at Dale Weston Lanes in Weston.  Featured in the picture above are: (back row) Bob Cristiano – 3rd place,Robbie Hit – 2nd place, and John Cristiano – 3rd place; (second row) Jon Liedtke – 1st place,  Adam Darr – 3rd place and Bruce Nonnenmacher – 1st place; (front row) Scott Dorn – 3rd place. Missing from the photo is Jerry Mantor – 1st place.

In order to qualify for State, Special Olympians need to place either first, second or third.
