ANTIGO HIGH SCHOOL BOWLING RESULTS FROM FEBRUARY 4, 2018

Sunday, Feb. 4th at Rosebowl in Marshfield.     Bowling on the Kegel Beaten Path Challenge Shot.

MATCH 1                            

Antigo Girls beat the Merrill Girls Varsity 4 to 3 with a 188.8 average and a high game of 244.  Top bowlers:

Sunday was the first of two competitions that will determine the teams advancing to State from District 9.   Feb. 18th at Weston Lanes will be the second part of the competition.

The teams each bowled two 7 game baker matches today with the total pin count from both today and Feb. 18th determining what teams advance to state.

The Antigo teams came ready to compete all having their best performances of the season.  Antigo is in Division 2, there will be 3 boys teams and 2 girls teams advancing to State for Division 2.

The boy’s team is sitting in a very solid 2nd place.  The girls also in 2nd place, but it Is very close between them, Wittenberg and Amherst, only 24 pins separate them.

 

After Sunday’s competition, the standings for Division 2 are:
