Witt-Birn Chargers selected for All-Conference
Three boys from Wittenberg-Birnamwood’s Varsity basketball team were selected for the 2017-18 CWC East Boys All-Conference Team.
Unanimous first team selection went to guard Trevor Groshek, a 6’2” senior. Groshek averaged 14.5 points per game. Forward Cory Fraaza, also a 6’2” senior, will play for the second team. He averaged 13.5 points per game and 7.7 rebounds per game. Fraaza also averaged 2.4 assists per game. Honorable mention went to forward Cody Szews, a 6’3” junior. Szews averaged 10.4 points per game and 6.6 rebounds per game.
