For the Antigo Times

Although the calendar says Spring, we are still waiting for warm weather. Spring is the time to set new goals and try new things. Come out and visit us at the Senior Center.

Monday –Thursday from 9-10am, we exercise. Coffee and conversation is held on Tuesday and Thursday from 9-11am. Cribbage will be played on Tuesday, May 8th and 22nd from 1-2:30pm. Bingo will be played on Wednesday, May 2nd, 16th, 23rd and 30th from 1-2:30pm and cards on Thursdays from 1-4pm.

Tuesday, May 15th at 9:30am, we will tour the Alfa Heaven Auto Museum in Aniwa. The cost will be $8.00. If interested, call the Center at 715-627-6632. The tour is limited to 20 people. After the tour, we will go to Melody Mill for lunch. For those that want to car pool, meet at the Center. We will leave there around 9am or meet us at the museum. Please call the Center so we know how many are going.

Friday, May 18th will be our two-year anniversary. A party will be held to celebrate the event. Refreshments will be served and the Stone Soup Brothers Band will entertain us.

On Monday, May 28th watch us in the Memorial Day parade. Attend the service at the courthouse and then enjoy the day with your family and hopefully warm weather.
