Boys Tennis takes another loss to Hodags

For the Antigo Times
The Red Robins tennis team traveled north to take on the Rhinelander Hodags and got shut out for the second time, 7-0.
“The boys could get discouraged, but they keep improving, keep trying, and keep enjoying themselves. I tell them that there are more ways to win then just beating their opponent. That they can win by striving to get better, by having a good attitude, and by doing their best,” said Coach David Zalewski.
Brody Bunnell summed up the team’s attitude as he walked off the court when he said “Coach, we really did have a good time out there.”
Tanner Stueck played his best tennis of the season. Facing off against the best player in the conference, Stueck gave Rhinelander’s Johnson all he could handle. The match really swung on a few points, and though Tanner came out on the short end, he played impressively.
Antigo plays next at home on Tuesday.
