Kimberly Ann Heslip, 43

Kimberly Ann Heslip, of White Lake, died Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at her home under the care of her family and LeRoyer Hospice. She had a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was 43 years old. She was born on July 10, 1974, in Green Bay, a daughter of Jerald and Jennifer (Marsland) Wixon. She married Kenneth Heslip on July 1, 1995.

She was a graduate of Bay Port High School in Green Bay, class of 1992. She continued her education at the University of Phoenix and received a Bachelors Degree in Human Services.

She was employed by the Unites States Postal Service as Postmaster in Mountain for the past 6 years. She also worked for the Census Bureau for almost 8 years.

Kim was a caring, intelligent, patient, loving individual who cared deeply for her family and friends. She enjoyed animals, crafting, photography and traveling.

In addition to her husband and parents she is survived by three daughters, Allissa, Kaitlyn and Hollie; an adopted daughter and grandson, Dezerae and Allister of Antigo; a brother, William Wixon of Chicago; brother-in-law, Dennis (Lisa) Heslip of Luxemberg; two sisters-in-law, Dora Heslip-Grote of Des Moines, IA and Loretta (Kevin) Bauer of De Pere; sister, Theresa (Jesse) Oja-Degrave of Pulaski. Kim is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A celebration of Kim’s life will take place on Saturday, May 12 beginning at 1 p.m. at the Town of Mountain, Bill Lazansky Community Center (3412 Hwy 32/64 Mountain, WI 54149).

A special thank you to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Chicago for the care they provided to Kim.
