Student from Partners along with presenter Suzanne Polacek are shown wrapping up their last day of the Food and Nutrition program provided by Healthfirst Network. Throughout the school year, students learned about healthy food choices, shopping on a budget, food and kitchen safety, meal prep and clean up. The focus was to manage healthy living styles on a budget as well as a time crunch. Through the program, students were given a set of cutting boards, digital meat thermometer, a crock pot, meal ideas and some great hands on lessons. The students at Partners would like to express their thanks for the programming provided by Healthfirst Network and Suzanne.
