Margaret Mildred Wozniak, 80

Margaret Mildred Wozniak, 80, of Mattoon, died on Monday, July 30, 2018 at her home under the care of her family and LeRoyer Hospice, Antigo.
Margaret was born on September 30, 1937, in Clintonville, the daughter of the late Howard and Susan (Gyron) Rodgers.
Margaret married Derald Vogt in 1958. Then on February 17, 2001, Margaret was united in marriage to Frank J. Wozniak in Shawano. He survives.
Margaret graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She served as an English and Spanish Teacher in Weyauwega and Berlin. She then worked at Walmart where she retired after 15 years as a customer service manager. Margaret and Frank Traveled through all but two US states, a fact she was very proud of. She enjoyed reading, watching the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Cubs. Margaret was a member of the Mattoon Church of the Nazarene as well as the American Legion Auxiliary.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Frank; three children, Derald (Marisol) Vogt of Austin Texas, Dennis Vogt of Fremont and Penny (friend Brian) Joren of Clintonville; five step-children, Jerry Wozniak of New York, Russell (Mary) Wozniak of Bloomer, Neal (Kelly) Wozniak of Antigo, and Frank E. Wozniak of Mattoon; 15 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Peter Rodgers of King and a special friend, Carol McPherson of Gresham.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, August 6, 2018 at Mattoon Church of the Nazarene, Mattoon. Rev. Bob Hess will officiate. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4:00pm-8:00PM at Schmidt & Schulta Funeral Home, Birnamwood, and again on Monday from 10:00AM until the time of service at the church. Burial will be in Kennan Cemetery.
