Strong Bones is an ongoing strength training program designed to help adults become or stay fit, strong & healthy. Individuals will improve muscle strength, bone density, self-confidence, sleep and vitality. Stepping On can help you avoid dangerous and costly falls, so you can keep doing the things that you love to do. In just 7 weeks, you will learn to identify & remove or avoid fall hazards in your home and outside, learn how vision, hearing, medication & footwear affect your risk of falling, learn strength & balance exercises you can adapt to your individual level and learn to get back up on your feet the right way if you do fall. Compassionate Friends-Antigo Chapter October 9^th 7pm Langlade Hospital, 112 East Fifth Avenue, Antigo. This is support group which is open to the public and assists families who have lost a child.  Meetings are held monthly at 7:00 p.m. at Langlade Hospital/Conference Room 1021 (behind the chapel).
