Langlade County Senior Citizen’s Club met on November 13th at the Antigo Public Library with 23 members present.

Doug Curler, president, stopped by to resign from his position and hand over the gavel and paperwork to another. Rosemary Sarkauskas was nominated for president, accepted it and was sworn into office. Tessie Nycz was nominated for secretary, accepted and was sworn in. Both were unanimously elected by a show of hands. Trudy Hartman will remain as treasurer.

Our next meeting will be December 11th with a potluck at noon. Anyone over the age of 55 is welcome. We will again have this at the Antigo Public Library. This is a get together club for socializing, promoting community service and to become friends with one another. We play bingo too.

Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving!
