Ties To The Elderly

Mary and Dennis Dettmering of the Hyland Lakes Lions Club presented Karen Kieper with a donation to the Salvation Army sponsored Ties To The Elderly project. Through non profit organizations, businesses, and individual donations this project is able to make a Christmas gift for an often forgotten population, the elderly. The gift bags given contain a hand tied blanket, socks, lotion, and a deck of cards.
