 Notice is hereby given that:

A public hearing will be held by the Langlade County Board of Adjustment on Monday, January 21, 2019 beginning at 9:00 AM in the Wolf River Room, Langlade County Resource Center on the following:

1. 9:00 A.M. Application for Conditional Use Permit #881 by Northwoods Tractor Club Inc., N5178 Railroad Drive, Deerbrook, WI 54424. Requesting to use this property for an Agricultural Museum in a A-1 district, pursuant to Sections 17.64(3) and 17.42(3)(g) of the Langlade County Code of Ordinances. Land as being pt NW NW, SEC 24, T31N, R11E, Town of Antigo. Being an approx 3 acre parcel to be determined by a CSM (Parcel #006-0347).
2. 9:30 A.M . Petition for Grant of Variance #710 by Steven and Kathryn Fischer, 12149 N. Briarhill Rd. Mequon, WI 53097. To place a 128 sq ft. addition onto the landward side of a cottage located less than 35’ from Lower Post Lake and to expand a deck located 25’ from lake (75’        required), pursuant to Sections 17.300(11)(C)2 and 17.64(4) of the Langlade County Code of Ordinances. Land as being Isle of Pines Plat Lots 29-30-31 and incl vacated portion of Tn Rd, Town of Elcho (Parcel #008-1501). All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings and    be heard.
