New Store Provides Mobile Lifestyle Options and

Premier Entertainment Services in Convenient Location

ANTIGO, Wis.,  A new AT&T* store has opened in Antigo to meet the growing needs of AT&T’s local customers.  The store will bring options for the latest devices and accessories, along with premier wireless and entertainment services.

The new store, owned and operated by E Wireless, LLC, is 750 square feet and is located at 402 Highway 64 next to Pick ‘n Save.

“We’re excited to open this new store in Antigo and expand our retail presence in northern Wisconsin,” said Scott T. VanderSanden, president of AT&T Wisconsin.  “As we continue to invest in our network in Wisconsin, we plan to open up new locations like this one in Antigo for our customers to have access to the latest mobile technologies and entertainment services.”

The new store’s hours of operation are: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

“Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience in every interaction. That starts with conveniently located stores,” said David Ven Roy, Director of Sales for AT&T.  “Customers want the latest apps, services, devices and accessories to mirror their mobile lifestyles. They now have another great location to find the right solution.”

Local community and business officials joined E Wireless and AT&T at the ribbon cutting for the new Antigo store, including officials from the Antigo/Langlade County Chamber of Commerce.

“We are excited to welcome this new AT&T store to Antigo,” said Mayor Brandt. “As our economy becomes increasingly global, local businesses are relying more and more on mobile technology to compete and succeed.  With this store, businesses and residents have another choice as they look for the latest in mobile devices and technologies.”

AT&T in Wisconsin

AT&T has 22 company owned stores and 45 authorized retailer locations in Wisconsin, and also sells its products and services in select national retail stores.

As we expand our retail presence, we’re also boosting network reliability and capacity.  AT&T invested more than $700 million in Wisconsin’s wireless and wired networks during 2016-2018.  In 2018, AT&T made 590 network investments in Wisconsin, including adding 41 new cell sites, expanding LTE to 14 sites, and adding capacity to 509 sites.  These investments drive a wide range of upgrades to reliability, coverage, speed and overall performance for residents and businesses.

These upgrades will also benefit public safety and first responders on FirstNet – public safety’s dedicated communications platform.  FirstNet is being built with AT&T in a public-private partnership with the First Responder Network Authority.  It’s designed to help first responders in Wisconsin and across the country connect to the critical information they need – when they need it – so they can keep themselves and the communities they serve safer.
