3. Defer Antigo Neon LLC’s Public Improvement Loan Payments for Three Months Due to the Safer at Home Order
4. Consideration of COVID-19 Policies Implemented by the Mayor Under Emergency Powers Declaration 1. Temporary Non Work Related Travel Policy for the Employees 2. Emergency Family and Medical Leave Policy Addendum under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) 3. Emergency Paid Sick Leave Policy under the FFCRA
5. Designation of “Emergency Responder” List for the Purposes of the Application and Implementation of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act
6. Consideration of a Local Special Emergency Leave Benefit for Employees Classified as Emergency Responders and not Covered under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)
7. Change Meeting Notification Requirements to Posting in One Public Place and Posting on the City’s Website as Allowed by Act 140 Instead of Posting in Three Public Places
8. Amend Ordinance #18-132 (a) Authorize Clerk-Treasurer/Finance Director or Delegate to Issue Operator’s Licenses Instead of the Common Council
9. Review of Bids and Recommendation for Contractor Award for the Downtown 5th Avenue Reconstruction Project (Superior to Lincoln) Including Portions of Clermont Street (5th to 6th) and Lincoln Street (5th Northward to Alley) with Street Lighting Improvements on Clermont/Edison Streets (4th to 6th)
10. Design Amendment #4 (Final Request) with MSA Professional Services for the Downtown 5th Avenue Project (Superior to Lincoln Streets)
11. Professional Services Agreement with MSA Professional Services for an Urban Non-Point Source (UNPS) Construction Grant Application for a Detention Pond in Association with the Saratoga Industrial Park Roadway Development Project
12. Professional Services Agreement with MSA Professional Services for Preparation of an Environmental Review Report for the Downtown 5th Ave Project as required by Wisconsin Department of Administration in conjunction with the CDBG CLOSE Grant
13. Review of Bids Including a Recommendation of a Selected Vendor to Supply a Landing Site, Hauling and Tipping Fees Associated with the Spring Curbside Clean-up Effort Conducted by the Street Department
