Wausau RiverWolves Sign Antigo Native

Wausau, WI – The Wausau RiverWolves have signed forward Isaac Wickersheim to a 2020-2021 tender agreement. Wickersheim was a member of the Antigo Red Robins during his high school hockey career.

This past season Wickersheim tallied 14 goals and 13 assists in 25 games. During his high school career with the Red Robins Wickerskeim totaled 51 goals and 42 assists in 101 games played. Wickersheim received All-State honorable mention recognition as voted on by the Wisconsin Hockey Coaches Association during the 2018-2019 season.

“I am very excited to have Isaac remain in Central Wisconsin and join our program. He brings a great skill set and work ethic, which we expect to make an immediate impact,” stated Head Coach Colin Bailey.

The RiverWolves are members of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL), one of three USA Hockey-sanctioned Tier III Junior leagues, serves as one of the top training grounds in the country by providing the best coaching, exposure and developmental vehicles available for student-athletes in its classification.  The primary mission of the NA3HL is to provide a structured developmental environment for student-athletes who have aspirations of playing in the NAHL or United States Hockey League and eventually the NCAA or American College Hockey Association.  For more information, visit riverwolveshockey.com.
