Committee of the Whole Meeting will Immediately Follow the Council Re-organizational Meeting but NOT Earlier than 5:30 PM

Call to Order

Discussion and Action May Occur on the Following Agenda Items:
1. Award Bid for the 2020 Sidewalk Replacement Program to Rock Hard Concrete LLC at $6.59 per Square Foot
2. Award Post Office Parking Lot Expansion Project to Musson Brothers for $67,760.51
3. Award the 2020 Springbrook Trail Expansion Project to Heinzen Inc in the Amount of $101,571.50
4. Selection of Successful Bidder for 2020 Sweeper to Industrial Marketing at a Cost of $218,000
5. Approving Vacating a Portion of Wausau Road for Building Expansion for Schumitsch Companies
6. Decrease Fee for “Class B” Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor Licensees for 2020 by $100 and Waive the Dance Hall License Fee of $20 for These Establishments
7. Grant Application under U.S. Economic Development Administration’s Disaster Fund Program to construct a New Roadway and Bio-Retention Pond through the Saratoga Industrial Park Consisting of the Extension of Deleglise Street from Waste Management to Highway 64
8. Approving Agreement with Antigo/Langlade County Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and Hotel/Motel Tax Commission Regarding the Disbursement of the Hotel/Motel Tax and Dismissal of the Chamber Lawsuit (contingent upon approval of Hotel/Motel Tax Commission)
9. Purchase Used 2005 Pierce Platform Ladder Truck
10. Sale of 1991 E-One Ladder Truck
11. CoVantage Credit Union Request to Accept $2,500 to Settle Block Grant Loan for 208 Ninth Avenue
12. Waive Permit Fees for Utility Connections in Regard to the Fifth Avenue Project
