ANTIGO POLICE REPORTS

Wednesday, January 6th

Officers assisted with an EMS call at an address on 10th Avenue. A 55 year old male subject was passed out on the sidewalk with unknown injuries. The subject was intoxicated.

Thursday, January 7th

Officers responded to a call from a male on Clermont Street reporting that overnight, two people entered his yard off of 7th Avenue and bent over 2 fence posts and tried to damage his Trump sign. There was no damage to the sign, but both posts were destroyed. Officers were going to check the cameras at the middle school.

Officers were at an address on 3rd Avenue. Two subjects were taken into custody on felony controlled substance charges and child neglect charges. One of the subjects was also charged for bail jumping.

Officers responded to a report of retail theft at an area business on Jerome Street.

Friday, January 8th

Officers responded to a call from a female at an address on Virginia Street reporting that sometime the night before, some items were taken from her unlocked vehicle, inside of her unlocked garage. She told officers that she believed that her prescription had been taken.

A female came to the Safety Building to report that a credit card had been taken out in her name and there was a balance on the card. She told officers that she had been getting the run around when trying to get the matter cleared up with the bank.

Officers responded to a call from an area business on Hwy. 64 reporting that they had a female subject in custody for retail theft and she was being uncooperative.

Saturday, January 9th

Officers stopped a vehicle on Hwy. 64. They received permission to search the vehicle. The driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated and possession of methamphetamine.

Officers responded to a call from an area business on Hwy. 64 reporting that they had a male subject in custody for shoplifting. He was cited for retail theft.

Sunday, January 10th

Officers received a call from a subject on Hudson Street reporting that sometime between then and last Wednesday their vehicle had been broken into. They told officers that they would call back with a list of missing items.

 

 

LANGLADE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT

Wednesday, January 6th

Officers responded to a call from a subject on S. Superior Street reporting that sometime the night before a trailer and two snowmobiles had been stolen.

Officers responded to a call from a subject reporting an accident at Forrest Avenue and S. Superior Street involving a semi and a parked trailer with snowmobiles on it. The caller told officers that the semi was turning and hit the trailer with the snowmobiles that did not have a vehicle attached to it. The front of the truck was off and overturned. The northbound lane of Hwy. 45 was shut down for a while and one southbound lane was open. No emergency medical services were needed. The semi and the trailer were towed.

Thursday, January 7th

Officers received a call reporting that a female subject was passed out on the bar at an address on Cty. Rd. B. Emergency medical services were dispatched.

Monday, January 11th

Officers responded to a report of an accident at Hwy. 45 and Cty. Rd. T. There were no injuries. The vehicle was pulled out of the ditch.

Officers assisted with an EMS call on Hwy. 64. The State Patrol was on the scene. CPR was initiated. A helicopter was requested, but later cancelled. The coroner was contacted. The vehicle was towed.

Officers stopped a vehicle at Neva Road and Kelly Street. Officers were involved in a foot pursuit with a subject. The subject was taken into custody. Officers received consent to search. Officers arrested the subject on an outstanding Department of Corrections felony warrant.
