Notice is hereby given that:

A public hearing will be held by the Langlade County Board of Adjustment on Monday, May 24, 2021 beginning at 9:00 A.M. in the County Board Room, Safety Building on the following:

1. 9:00 A.M. Application for Conditional Use Permit #896 by Janie Dooley, N10035 N. Bluemound Rd, Mayville, WI 53050. Request permission to place a home in the Forestry District on a parcel with less than 35 acres, pursuant to Sections 17.64(3), 17.39(3)(g) of the Langlade County Code of Ordinances. Land as being pt W½ of SW¼, Section 7 T31N R15E, Town of Wolf River (Parcel #034-1721.002).

2. 9:30 A.M. Petition for Grant of Variance #737 by Roger & Pam Tierman, N11887 Pratt Rd., Elcho, WI 54428. Request permission to place a 8’ x 16’ Screen Porch onto an existing home and be within 67’ of Upper Post Lake (75’ required), pursuant to Sections 17.64(4), 17.300(6)(a) of the Langlade County Code of Ordinances. Land as being Gov’t Lot 3, Section 3, T34N, R11E, Town of Elcho (Parcel #008-0705.006).

3. 10:00 A.M. Petition for Grant of Variance #738 by Peter & Erika Milosevich III, 3530 S. Russel Rd., New Berlin, WI 53151. Request permission to place an addition onto an existing cottage located 58’ to Long Lake, pursuant to Sections 17.64(4), 17.300(11)(c)3 of the Langlade County Code of Ordinances. Land as being Kennedy Plat Lots 18 & 19, Section 35, T33N, R10E, Town of Upham (Parcel #030-1201).

All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings and be heard. Due to Corona virus, if you would like to testify via telephone in any above hearings you will need to call the office at 715-627-6206 by 4:00p.m., May 20th to make necessary arrangements. For members of the public who wish to listen to the proceedings of the Board of Adjustment in person, social distancing will be observed.
