Discussion and Action May Occur on Any of the Following Agenda Items:
1. Variance Application Request to Allow a Fence to be Placed Closer to the Property Line Than the Distance of Two Feet from the Property Line as the Yard is Very Small and Taking Two Feet Out of Each Side of the Fence Would Greatly Affect the Usable Space in the Back Yard and Potentially Negatively Impact the Resale Value of the Home at 726 First Avenue (Parcel #201-1322)
