ANTIGO POLICE REPORTS
Sunday, April 24th
Officers responded to a report of a two vehicle accident with injuries at Clermont Street and Willard Avenue. One subject had leg pain and another subject had abdominal pain.
Monday, April 25th
Officers responded to a report of a two vehicle accident at Graham Avenue and Superior Street. There were no injuries.
Officers received a report of a theft from an address on Elm Street. The female caller told officers that someone had gone into her truck and took a booster seat.
Officers assisted with an EMS call at 7th Avenue and Field Street. The female driver of a vehicle told officers that she had been traveling northbound on Field Street from 7th Avenue when she struck a curb. EMS checked the female. She refused transport. While speaking with her, she appeared alert and normal. She stated to officers that these episodes occur every so often, so she limits her driving time because of it. The three children in the vehicle were uninjured. The only damage was to a tire on the vehicle.
Wednesday, April 27th
A male subject came to the Safety Building to report that his bike had been stolen the day before from an address on 2nd Avenue.
Officers responded to a report of an accident at 5th Avenue and Superior Street.
Officers received a report of shoplifting from an area business on Superior Street. The caller told officers that it occurred 30 minutes prior to the call and they had video footage of the incident.
Thursday, April 28th
Officers received a report of an accident at an area business on Hwy. 64. The caller told officers that a vehicle hit their carwash at about 4:50 PM.
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an address on Elm Street.
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an address on Clermont Street.
Friday, April 29th
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an address on Deleglise Street.
Officers responded to a report of a burglary at an area business on Neva Road. The caller told officers that it appeared that sometime during the night, someone entered through the bathroom window.
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an area business on Neva Road. The caller told officers that a subject was sitting outside on the curb swearing at people.
Officers executed a warrant attempt at an address on Birch Street. The subject was taken into custody on a Department of Corrections warrant.
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an address on Clermont Street.
Saturday, April 30th
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at an address on Smith Avenue. Officers were out with two subjects on a 4 wheeler. A subject was taken into custody on an outstanding Langlade County Sherriff’s office warrant.
Officers responded to a report of a fight in progress involving about 20 people at an area business on 5th Avenue. The caller told officers that a verbal argument had started inside and then everyone went outside. Some pushing and shoving had occurred. All parties left, prior to the officer’s arrival.
Sunday, May 1st
Officers took a subject into custody at an address on 7th Avenue. The male subject was arrested for disorderly conduct and other felony charges. He was first taken to Langlade Hospital for medical clearance. He had tried to bite an officer.
Officers responded to a report of a hit and run accident at Prosser Place and Neva Road. The caller told officers that they had been struck by a vehicle.
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an address on Deleglise Street. A male subject was yelling obscenities and making threats at his neighbors. The male subject was very intoxicated. He was advised to stop yelling and go inside.
Monday, May 2nd
Officers assisted Probation & Parole on a home check at a residence on 5th Avenue. Upon their arrival, a subject ran out the front door. The subject was taken into custody.
Officers responded to a report of an accident with injuries on 5th Avenue. The 911 caller told officers that a male subject had been struck by a vehicle, knocked to the ground and was injured.
Officers stopped a vehicle at S. Superior Street and Cedar Street. A search was conducted. A field sobriety test was conducted. The male subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated and was referred for possession of marijuana.

Wednesday, April 27th
Officers responded to a report of drugs at an address on N. White Lake Drive. The caller told officers that while picking up garbage for Earth Day, a student found a 2 liter bottle with liquid and hoses in it. Officers advised the caller not to touch it or agitate it in any way. Officers determined that it was a bong.
Officers responded to a report of an accident with injuries at an address on Cty. Rd. S. A vehicle had driven into some trees. The caller told officers that the male driver was bleeding and seemed to be intoxicated. He was trying to get a ride and leave the scene. Officers determined that the male driver had three prior arrests for drunk driving, required an ignition interlock device on his vehicle and had outstanding warrants with the Langlade County and Shawano County Sheriff’s Departments.
Thursday, April 28th
Officers received a call from a male at an address on E. Duck Lake Road reporting that on Monday, April, 25th his wife’s credit cards started getting charged a lot of times for things that they didn’t know about. He told officers that all of the cards were now cancelled, but they were out $9,000.
Officers assisted the Department of Social Service with a check at a residence on Wilson Road. Social Services had been informed that a subject on the property might cause issues. Officers took a subject into custody.
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an address on Saddle Bag Road. The male caller told officers that he had been grating the road and another male subject was threatening him, saying that he better not move, or else. The other male subject then called and told officers that the first male had widened the driveway on the easement last year and he didn’t like and did not want him grating it. Officers advised both parties to deal with the issue through their attorneys.
Friday, April 29th
Officers responded to a report of criminal damage at Cty. Rd. A and Augustyn Springs Road. A logging skidder had been vandalized.
Sunday, May 1st
Officers responded to a report of an accident with injuries on Hwy. 45. A caller stated that the male subject in the vehicle was bleeding from the head. The vehicle was in the ditch and one of the rear tires was no longer attached. No extraction was needed. The driver was conscious and alert. The vehicle was towed. A subject was taken into custody.
Officers conducted a welfare check at an address on Hwy. 64. A subject was taken into custody.
Monday, May 2nd
A female subject came to the Safety Building to report that she had been scammed out of $15,000.00.
A subject came to the Safety Building to report criminal damage to their property on Forest Road. They told officers that someone tore up their air strip with a vehicle. They had photos and gave officers the name of a possible suspect.
Officers responded to a report of an accident at Hwy. 64 and Sauls Spring Road. A vehicle struck a bear. The driver was advised to stay in the vehicle. There were no injuries. The vehicle had heavy front end damage. The vehicle was towed.
