ANTIGO POLICE REPORTS

Tuesday, September 6th

Officers responded to report of drugs at Antigo High School. A subject was in possession of marijuana.

A female subject came to the Safety Building to report that her bicycle had been stolen from her back yard on Clermont Street. The bicycle was described as an old fashioned style, with a basket cup holder and a phone holder.

Wednesday, September 7th

Officers responded to a report of malicious mischief at the Antigo Public Library. The men’s room had been vandalized. Blue writing was on the bathroom stall. Photos were taken.

Thursday, September 8th

Officers responded to a report of a burglary at an address on Edison Street. The caller told officers that they could hear someone in the basement and the door had been kicked in. Officers detained two female subjects. Both females were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal damage to property.

Officers responded to a report of drugs at an address on 1st Avenue.

Officers responded to a report of retail theft at an area business on Neva Road. The theft had occurred on 9/4/22 around 8:30am. Officers would be looking at footage of the possible theft.

Friday, September 9th

Officers responded to a report of an accident on S. Superior Street.

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person on 1st Avenue. The subject was taken into custody.

Officers responded to a report of drugs at an address on Lincoln Street.

Saturday, September 10th

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at an address on Edison Street. Officers gave the intoxicated pedestrian was given a ride to their residence.

Officers assisted the Langlade County Sheriff’s Office with an incident on Spring Road. A taser was deployed and a subject was taken into custody.

Sunday, September 11th

Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an address on 4th Avenue.

Monday, September 12th

Officers received a call from a female reporting that some time the night before, her car was struck and damaged while it was parked on 6th Avenue.

Officers executed a warrant attempt at an address on Clermont Street. A female subject was taken into custody.

Officers executed a warrant attempt at an address on Nantasket Street. A subject was taken into custody.

LANGLADE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT

Friday, September 9th

Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an address on Hwy. 45. The call told officers that they needed to come immediately as a male subject had said that he was going to return and “cap every one of them.” The male subject was described as 6 ft. tall, skinny, with dark hair. The incident was resolved.

Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an area business on Hwy. 47. The caller told officers that a male subject was intoxicated, disorderly and trying to start fights. Officers gave the male subject a ride home.

Saturday, September 10th

A female came to the Safety Building to report damage to some of her belongings. She told officers that a subject had damaged her 2011 Ram 1500 SLT truck. She also told officers that she believed a female subject may have been living in her storage unit, as the subject had been evicted and some of her items in the storage unit had been damaged. The items included a mattress, sheets and some other items.

Monday, September 12th

Officers received a report of a theft from an area business on Hwy. 45. The caller told officers that a subject left without paying for $42.80 in fuel. The vehicle was described as a black Chevy Equinox. Officers were able to determine the registered owner of the vehicle and contacted them.
