AMS Student Athlete of the Week

Heather Arlen

“Heather has been on the track team since 6th grade. Her leadership has been a great asset this year. She has guided the girl’s shot and discus team, as well as encouraged the runners to excel. Heather has also used those leadership qualities in the classroom as part of the AMS Student Leadership Team. In shot put this year, Heather broke the girl’s record which has been held since 2006. Her shot of 31’ 1” was put on the pitch at the Antigo Meet on May 11th.” – From Coach Leigh Brown
