Sydney Swartz was chosen to be recognized as Elk Teen of the Month for September 2024 & is now eligible for Teenager of the Year. She attended Crestwood Elementary before attending Antigo High School. She holds a Private Pilot’s License, participates in multiple extracurriculars like FCA, NHS, Yearbook, Tennis & Band.
Her letter of recommendation boasts that Sydney’s character really shines when she steps up to help in times of need and with those with disabilities. Her work ethic and attention to detail truly set her apart from her peers. She has enjoyed flying tremendously since getting her Pilot License but she also enjoys watching movies & going out with friends. With a weighted GPA of 4.235, she clearly has learned how to balance her education and co-curriculars.
Jacob Adamski was chosen to be recognized as Elk Teen of the Month for September 2024 & is now eligible for Teenager of the Year. He attended All Saints Catholic School before attending Antigo High School. He has been heavily involved in 4H over 12 years, even becoming a member of the Wisconsin State 4-H Leadership Council. He attributes much of his leadership character development to these experiences. He is also one of the Varsity Soccer Team Captains, President of Antigo National Honor Society, and DECA Secretary.
His letter of recommendation emphasized his strong work ethic & genuine passion for learning. The letter continues, “One of the most impressive aspects of Jacob's character is his entrepreneurial spirit…..service. I am confident that he will thrive at your institution and continue to make significant contributions to the world around him.” He enjoys spending time with his friends, playing sports & time outdoors.
