Antigo JV Wrestling competes in WI Challenge Series, 4 qualify for State

For the Antigo Times

The Antigo JV Wrestling team competed in the Wisconsin Challenge Series in Marshfield on Saturday, January 6. This tournament is designed to be a showcase of JV wrestlers and give them an opportunity to compete in a statewide tournament.

Four of Antigo's wrestlers qualified for the state tournament by placing 3rd or better in their weight class. Royce Bauer led all wrestlers by pinning his way through his bracket and earning 1st place honors.​
