The day began quietly with a report on Pine St just after midnight, followed by a subsequent self-initiated activity by Unit 1242 on the same street at 5:05 AM. As the city woke up, a 911 hang-up call was received from Flight Rd at 8:15 AM, though no emergency was noted. Late morning brought a more serious matter when an abuse or neglect report was filed on Graham Ave at 11:25 AM, resulting in a formal report (26-00000206). Shortly after noon, officers were dispatched to the Walmart on State Rd 64 to assist with a vehicle lockout; a trucking company employee had accidentally locked the keys inside a car while preparing to pick it up. The afternoon included two welfare checks on 5th Ave starting at 4:24 PM. Earlier in the day, a civil standby was requested to help a party retrieve property from a residence, with the parties meeting officers on foot.

In the early hours, Unit 1242 was active with a bank deposit at CoVantage Drive Thru on 6th Ave at 1:09 AM, followed quickly by a traffic stop at the intersection of Neva Rd and Willard Ave at 1:18 AM where a verbal warning (VW) was issued for failing to dim high beams. At 1:49 AM, a home check request was completed with everything appearing "10-2," meaning the officer and location were okay. Routine business checks continued through 1:57 AM, and at 2:49 AM, Unit 099 investigated suspicious activity involving an unoccupied and secure vehicle. Just before dawn, at 5:28 AM, a traffic stop at 6th Ave and Superior St resulted in a written warning (WW) for speeding and failing to carry a driver's license. The evening saw more significant incidents, including a property damage accident at 5:53 PM involving two vehicles at the Walgreens on Neva Rd; fortunately, there were no injuries and both cars remained drivable. The night concluded with a retail theft report on Neva Rd at 8:23 PM and a final home check at 9:41 PM that was cleared as 10-2.

The day began with early morning property checks in the town of Antigo (AN-tih-goh), where deputies found everything 10-2 (signal good/okay) with no signs of intruders at residences on County Rd X and Neffswitch Rd. Nature called for intervention at US 45 and County Rd A in Neva (NEE-vuh), where a deer had been hit but remained alive in the northbound lane. In Summit (SUML), a resident reported criminal damage to a mailbox on 1st Ave, which appeared to have been struck by gunshots within the last two weeks.

Midday brought a report of suspicious activity on Polar (POH-luhr) Rd, where a male in a blueish-grey GMC truck was spotted watching a house. When contacted by a deputy, the driver claimed he was simply driving by to check on the place and looking for a horse-shoeing business. In a bizarre report from Wolf River (WOLL), a worker on State Rd 64 received a strange phone call from a male who eventually began asking for the caller's socks. Property checks on Pickerel Lake Rd remained secure with no movement observed.
