Daylight hours saw a mix of administrative tasks and complaints; officers handled a sex offender violation report in the morning and two separate fraud/identity theft reports in the afternoon. At 2:46 PM, an animal complaint was received regarding dogs tied up and covered in mud; officers contacted the owner to ensure the animals were out of the weather.
Late afternoon traffic enforcement included a stop at Langlade Road and East 5th Avenue for speed, and another at 5th Avenue and Fulton Street for registration; both drivers received verbal warnings (VW). Around 5:17 PM, an officer responded to a lockout where the resident was locked out of their garage; the officer attempted to assist by climbing through a window to gain entry. Shortly after, a theft was reported regarding a stolen item that was later found.
Evening activity included a property accident around 6:46 PM at 405 State Road 64 (near Goodwill), where a driver pulling into the median struck a sign. The officer was able to upright the pole, though it required repair. The night concluded with a noise complaint on the 800 block of Clermont Street involving machinery sounds, which officers confirmed was a resident working who agreed to stop, and a report of a loose dog on the south side which was unable to be located.

In the early morning hours, officers were active with traffic stops. At 1:57 AM at 1st Avenue and Clermont Street, an officer observed a male loading bags into a truck; the driver was warned for a high-mount brake lamp and it was determined he was cleaning the location. Minutes later, at 10th Avenue and South Superior Street, a driver received a verbal warning for a turn signal violation. At 3:07 AM on 5th Avenue, officers made contact with two individuals, resulting in one subject being taken into custody on an active Department of Corrections warrant (DOC 99). Another traffic stop occurred at 5:40 AM at 1225 North Langlade Road, resulting in citations for operating while suspended (OWS) and no insurance, plus a written warning (WW) for a defective brake light.
The morning shift handled a theft report on Dorr Street where a windshield wiper was taken from a vehicle. Officers also provided a funeral escort on Superior Street around 9:11 AM. Several accidents were reported throughout the day. At 10:21 AM, officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 200 State Road 64 near the Walmart entrance. Later, at 1:45 PM, a vehicle was reported to have a slashed tire following a collision at 5th Avenue and Clermont Street. A third accident occurred at 2:50 PM at 200 State Road 64, where a pickup truck was rear-ended, taking out a light pole and requiring the westbound lane to be shut down temporarily.
Other daytime events included a parking complaint at 300 Lincoln Street involving a flatbed trailer, and a "found property" case at the Safety Building where a citizen turned in a lost black phone. The evening saw reports of reckless driving (doing "donuts") on Dorr Street, a drug-related call on 8th Avenue, and a noise complaint on Neva Road regarding a four-wheeler. Activity began early at 1:22 AM with a suspicious vehicle reported at Menards on Jerome Street; officers determined it was simply an employee reporting for a 2:00 AM shift for Black Friday. At 5:14 AM, a driver on Neva Road at Amron Avenue received a verbal warning for speed and a defective light.
Thanksgiving morning incidents included a property accident at 9:49 AM at 7th Avenue and Elm Street where a vehicle struck a power pole. Later in the morning, officers responded to multiple alarms which were resolved as false or secure. An animal complaint was filed at 12:46 PM on Pine Street, though officers did not find the dog wandering at that time.
In the afternoon, a green Ford F250 was cited for speed on South Superior Street. Officers also looked for a weaving vehicle on US 45 near Old 26 Road around 3:34 PM but the vehicle was just passing Kwik Trip. Evening enforcement included a traffic stop at 7:59 PM on Neva Road at Ackley Street, resulting in citations for operating without a license (OWL) and no insurance. At 9:35 PM, a stray lab mix found at Fairview and Riverside Roads was transported by officers to the shelter (HAWS). Finally, at 10:24 PM, a retail theft was reported at Walmart involving a male shoplifter.

The day started with a traffic stop at 1:14 AM at South Superior and Spruce Streets for suspicious activity. Morning calls included a bail jumping report on Deleglise Street and a welfare check on Pine Street at 11:33 AM. At 11:54 AM, an officer responded to Washington Avenue to assist with a lockout of a red Chevy Impala.
Afternoon calls included a parking complaint at 1:51 PM regarding a trailer blocking an alley on Lincoln Street; the owner was contacted to move it. At 3:50 PM, a dark blue Subaru was stopped at Pine Street and 4th Avenue. Shortly after 4:00 PM, officers dealt with multiple traffic complaints: a white Jeep was reported doing "donuts" near State Road 64, and a driver on Charlotte Street received citations for non-registration and warnings for no license.
Traffic enforcement continued into the evening with a stop on Deleglise Street involving a white Ram pickup, and another at 6:38 PM at Superior Street and 7th Avenue where a Toyota Rav4 received a written warning for a broken headlamp. Snowmobile activity prompted complaints throughout the day. At 10:31 AM, a snowmobile was reported traveling on the road at 6th Avenue and Lincoln Street; the operator was warned to keep the machine in the yard until trails opened. Similar complaints regarding snowmobiles and ATVs on the road were received at 5:32 PM near Deleglise Street and Smith Avenue.
Other enforcement included a traffic stop at 3:48 PM where a driver who had just purchased their vehicle was warned for having no plates. Late-night stops included a vehicle stopped at US 45 and County Road X at 11:05 PM for numerous offenses, followed by a welfare check at 11:52 PM regarding a tenant dispute that was determined to be non-criminal.

Mid-morning, a fraud report was taken in the lobby of a bank. At 9:54 AM, a garbage abatement issue was addressed regarding an unregistered vehicle left in a backyard; the tenant had previously been warned to remove it.
Afternoon activity included a welfare check at 1:12 PM for a person outside without a coat, and a check at 1:14 PM at 2124 Clermont Street for a person walking who had an object thrown at them. At 6:09 PM, a traffic complaint was received regarding reckless driving in a parking lot. The day began with a report of a civil complaint on US 45 regarding a violation of a no-contact order. Weather and road conditions contributed to several incidents throughout the day. At 8:10 AM, a tree fell onto a power line on Bluebird Alley, causing sparking, and later that morning, a large tree blocked both lanes of North Stoney Road. Another road blockage occurred on State Road 52 around 12:41 PM due to a tree across the roadway.
Traffic incidents were frequent. A vehicle went into the ditch at US 45 and West Bear Lake Road at 10:52 AM. Shortly after, emergency crews responded to a Saturn in the ditch at County Road K and Fish Lane. A slide-in was reported at Harmon Road and County Road P at 11:26 AM, followed by a FedEx truck sliding off the road at County Road K and Pratt Road, which knocked down a street sign. At 1:13 PM, a rollover crash involving a green Toyota Corolla occurred at State Road 64 and Sauls Spring Road; air bags deployed, but the driver was reportedly uninjured. Other traffic assists included a service truck sliding in at County Road G and US 45, a truck sliding into the ditch on a curve at County Road DD and South Shore Drive, and a vehicle blown off the road by a wind gust at County Road HH and Brookside Road.
Deputies also handled a fraud report involving a letter about a loan the resident did not originate and assisted a citizen on Old 26 Road where locks had been changed on a residence. A fire call was received at 1:39 PM on Rocky Ripps Road for a tree on a wire that had caught fire, with a similar report of a burning tree on a wire on Forest Road later that afternoon. Evening activity included a White Ford Explorer going into the ditch at County Road O and Spring Brook Road, and a car sliding into the ditch at County Road AA and Forrest Road.
Overnight activity included a vehicle in the ditch at State Road 64 and County Road M at 2:34 AM. A motorist assist was conducted at 2:38 AM on State Road 64 near Polar-Evergreen Road for a driver who had stopped in the lane to rest. Early morning enforcement included a traffic stop on State Road 64 where a driver was found sleeping, and another stop at Smokey Road and State Road 64 at 9:34 AM which resulted in the seizure of marijuana and a pipe.
At 10:23 AM, deputies responded to a red truck rollover at County Road H and Wetzel Lane; the driver was cited for failure to notify law enforcement of a crash. Another rollover occurred at 2:49 PM at County Road K and State Road 55 involving a Chevy pickup, though no injuries were reported. Later in the afternoon, deputies managed a disorderly conduct complaint involving an argument in a vehicle at County Road C and Rosedale Road, and a vehicle slide-off at County Road J and Forest Road.
Evening incidents included a vehicle fire at County Road HH and State Road 52 at 7:52 PM involving a Jeep; all occupants exited safely. A Ford F250 slid into the ditch at Old 26 Road and County Road G just before 8:00 PM. At 8:44 PM, a report of a dog bite was taken on Ackley Road where the victim sought treatment at the hospital.

Deputies checked on a 911 hang-up from Getts Road at 6:34 AM, learning it was a medical issue involving a resident who had consumed too many energy drinks. A home check on County Road X showed fresh tracks but everything appeared secure.
Daytime calls included a red Ford conversion van reported for speeding on US 45 near Old Elcho Road, a Buick Rendezvous reported in the ditch by the Highway Department at State Road 52 and Polar Road, and a report of kids fighting on County Road A which turned out to be a group sledding. Traffic complaints were received regarding a weaving vehicle on US 45 near Old 26 Road and a grey SUV speeding and slowing erratically on US 45 near Huggins Road.
Thanksgiving evening saw a harassment complaint on Plzak Lane and a Life360 accident alert at Hillview and Hutchwood Roads that was determined to be a false alarm. A motorist assist was provided for a truck needing removal near US 45 and Knight Road. At 8:45 PM, a stray lab mix found at Fairview and Riverside Roads was transported to the shelter with the help of the town chairman.
Morning incidents included a red Chevy Colorado sliding into the ditch on North Langlade Road at 9:38 AM and a Chevy conversion van going into the ditch at 2nd Avenue and Center Road shortly before 1:00 PM. A wire-haired pointer was reported missing from Badger Road in the afternoon.
At 2:02 PM, a structure fire was reported on Church Road; a hunting shack was fully engulfed, and deputies were advised of ammunition and a propane tank inside. Fire crews remained on scene to manage the situation. Late afternoon saw a rollover crash on the S-curves at County Road AA and County Road S at 5:37 PM. At 9:07 PM, a car struck a deer on Forrest Road.
Just after midnight, deputies responded to a suspicious activity call on Kriewaldt Road involving a dispute between a male and female. A criminal damage report was filed regarding a mailbox on County Road I damaged by a plow. Civil complaints were addressed at 12:23 PM on Kriewaldt Road involving property retrieval and a blocked driveway.
At 2:58 PM, a white Dodge Ram was found on the side of State Road 64 near North Langlade Road. A trespassing complaint was filed on Summit Lake Drive at 3:38 PM, where a property owner reported ongoing issues, stolen clothing, and suspicion that someone was luring wolves to the property. Later, a traffic complaint was received regarding a white truck driving without lights on US 45.
Early morning activity included a property accident at County Road X and Western Avenue at 6:48 AM where a vehicle was found in the ditch and towed. Two car-versus-deer accidents occurred within minutes of each other around 7:45 AM: one at County Road B and County Road C, and another at County Line Road and County Road C.
Deputies handled a civil complaint on West Bay Court where a resident reported his ex-wife was tampering with his house and cameras. A minor two-vehicle accident occurred at State Road 64 and County Road BB at 10:23 AM. A traffic stop was conducted at State Road 55 and County Road K for a vehicle with no insurance.
In the afternoon, a trespassing report was taken on State Road 52 where the reporting party had photos of the suspect. Another trespass complaint occurred at 3:31 PM on Alcedo St involving individuals removing items from a property, resulting in one male being detained. A traffic complaint was reported at 4:08 PM concerning a red Chevy Trailblazer crossing lines on US 45. An animal bite incident was recorded on Spring Road at 5:44 PM.
The morning began with a car versus deer accident at State Road 64 and Shadey Road at 6:29 AM. At 11:01 AM, a truck slide-in was reported at County Road AA and Forrest Road. A welfare check was requested at 2:33 PM on Badger Road after a mail carrier noticed a resident had no electricity or wood; the resident was found to be okay and had heat.
An attempt to locate was issued for a vehicle at State Road 52 and County Road HH regarding a report of a child being struck, but the vehicle was not located. A black Equinox hit a deer at County Road V and US 45 at 4:42 PM. At 6:06 PM, a traffic complaint was received on US 45 near County Road C regarding a black truck driving erratically. A squad car struck a deer at US 45 and Mark Lane at 6:28 PM, sustaining no damage. Late night activity included a welfare check request from Forest County at 9:33 PM on County Road Z, and traffic stops on US 45 for speed and equipment violations.
At 7:17 AM, a 911 hang-up call was received from the area of State Road 64 and Ackley Road; only music was heard on the line and no one could be located upon callback.
